Welcome to the
2025 Conquest Conference Hub

This is our private conference hub. Start by creating your account to access the full site. Once logged in, you can browse event details, explore the agenda, and manage your bookings - all in one place.

When you're ready, complete the registration form to submit your personal details,  passport & travel information and trip preferences by the Registration deadline is Friday, June 27 2025. Please note: this form needs to be completed before we are able to assign your room and book your flights. 

Creating an Account

     Why This Process?

  • This system makes sure all your private information is kept secure and only accessible to approved members.

  • Only approved members can access the registration forms, booking, and payment pages. 

  • You only need to create one account for your travelling party - this includes partners, children or anyone travelling with you. All details can then be managed from your secure login. 

  • If you have any issues registering or logging in, please contact Jaide directly to assist. 

Create your account

Step 1

  1. Click "Login"  in the top menu bar or the "Create Account" button above.

  2.  Sign-up with your details, including an email address. 

  3. Check the email inbox you signed up with for a security code

  4. Come back to the Sign Up page, and enter the code. 

Step 2

Account Approval 

  •  Once you have create your account, this will send a notification to Jaide from the events team

  • Your account will be approved.

  • You'll received a confirmation once your access has been activated (please check your junk/spam folder just incase)

  • After approval, you can then log-in anytime with your email and password you signed up with.

Site Navigation

Registration

  • One form, with multiple sections for each traveler

  • Input your personal details i.e mobile number, shirt size for merch, dietary requirements etc 

  • Upload a copy of your passport, or advise us if its in renewal

  • Advise whether you are travelling on the conference dates only or your requested extension details 

Events

  • Schedule of events for the 5- days

  • ​Conference day agenda (at a later date) 

Profile Page 

  • TBA

Optional Touring

  • Register for the official Conquest functions, this will then list them in order on your personalised 'My Bookings page'

  • See the optional group events / activities that Conquest will pre-book, you will then be able to pay to for these directly to secure your spot.

  • Things to see and do, other activities / tour ideas to do during your time away   

Travel 

  • View the group flight details for each state

  • Information regarding Visa, Customs entry etc (closer to take-off)

  • Airport transfer details for group flights (right before take-off)

  • Options for those travelling outside of the group 

Accommodation

  • Conference hotel & room details

  • Room upgrade options & costings, this is where you request to extend at the conference hotel and/or upgrade your room during the conference dates. 

  • Request room extras, cots, bed configuration, interconnecting rooms
